A Home with Heart, Colour, and the Perfect Shoot Location for Our Friday Club Collection

We were thrilled to shoot our Friday Club Collection at The House Upstairs in Nottingham, a vibrant, expressive home created by husband-and-wife duo Jodie and Olly Hunter.

This joyful space has been featured in The Sunday Times – Living With Style and The Observer, and it’s easy to see why. Every room is layered with colour, texture, and soul. A perfect match for the bold spirit and painterly charm of our Friday Club fabrics.

Jodie, a passionate advocate for British craftsmanship and a long-time fabric lover, began transforming her home in 2021. Her style is beautifully eclecticand blends heritage and personality in a way that feels effortless and entirely unique. To share her art, Jodie offers a design service that helps others bring their homes to life in the same personal, joyful way.

“It can be overwhelming knowing where to start,” Jodie says. “You might feel creative in other areas of your life, but interiors require time, clarity, and confidence.”

The creative partnership continues with Olly, the talent behind the camera. His eye for composition and ability to capture a room’s mood and detail made him a joy to work with. He brought our Friday Club Collection to life with warmth, energy, and a real understanding of how the fabrics move and sit within a space. The final shots are nothing short of fabulous!

With its nod to the expressive freedom of Charleston House and the spirit of the Bloomsbury Group, the Friday Club Collection is designed to make a statement.
